Smoked for over 50 years. Decided time to quit....Bought Commit lozenges, and haven't looked back. No cravings, and I didn't think anyone could quit 'cold turkey', especially me. First purchase was a 4 mg. box bought on sale at my local store. Then began my orders through Amazon for 2 mg. box. Didn't note the day I stopped smoking [no anniversary dates to talk about], just remember it was last week of June or first week of July. As of the date of this writing it has been about four and a half months WOW!!!, and still no problems.
