Once this mint is in the mouth it feels like prickly sandpaper. It doesn't taste like any mint I've ever ingested, and it sticks to whatever part of the surface of your mouth it's laying on if you don't constantly move it around. To be frank, I'd rather swallow it and take my chances being digested as medication, rather than have to have this in my mouth of ANY length of time. Would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone trying to stop smoking. There's got to be a better way than ingesting and having to endure prickly, irritating, awful tasting logenges like this just to stop smoking.
