Product Review: The Battery is BAD

Didn't last for more than 1 year. Can't even run off of AC Review: The good, the bad, and the ugly....Summary: 2 Stars The good: the massage function works fine, no problems with the performance, and the battery holds a good charge.
The bad: how much money is saved in construction by using the
cheapest foam padding imaginable?
The ugly: the 'pebbled vinyl' material on the arms is already separating after six months. Maybe a cheaper material could have been found...but I doubt it.
Overall good in theory, but very poor in execution. If some real quality were put into the product, it would rate potentially 5 stars. 'Til then,you've been warned....!

Seriously for the price right now, this chair is a steal !
I bought this for my home "relax / sleep" mode chair.
This chair really helps blood circulate in your back and kinda refreshes oneself. It has good cushion (not so soft) so that the motor/vibrator doesnt poke you. I have seen other chairs and have 3 different leather chairs, but i would rate it the highest for satisfaction and low cost. It has 3 modes, 3 positions and 3 intensity levels.
I mean even if one of the vibrator fails (not likely) it is still a sweet leather chair :).
I would recommend this for any person who would just like a break from anything u know.
One of the best leather chair deals out there .. period.

The chair is comfortable, but the massage features are pretty subpar and it's not as good as some other massage chairs that I've seen for about 50 more dollars. Nonetheless, it's a good buy if you want basic massage features and can only pay for a normal office chair. If I could go back in time, I would spend a little more money and get something better.Product Review: good service

I like the product quite a lot. Only problem is I'm short and can not get the chair to lower enough to let my feet touch the ground. A small footrest was needed. Arrived quickly and in good condition.
