Don't waste your money. I bought these in hopes that they would actually be memory foam...like the stuff used for mattresses. They're not. Just light & soft foam that completely collapses under your weight. The foam in Dr. Scholl's and generic foot pads in Drug stores, walmart, etc., have denser foam.
Since they didn't do much for walking in shoes, I took them out & put them in my slippers. Well, since they don't have air holes like ALL OTHER foot pads have, they stick to the soles of your bare feet when you take your slippers off.
Threw them in the trash...
