This colon cleanse complete is a great product in my opinion. Whenever I feel the need to 'cleanse', maybe I had less than healthy food or too much to eat and it feels like I would have been better off not eating it, I take as directed on the label and am good to go in about 24 hours.Product Review: colon cleanse complete # 7 is the best that I have used

I have tried 6 diffrent colon cleanse products because I wanted to be sure I found the best one. Of the most popular ones, I have found this to be the best. It is manufactured in the usa which makes me feel more comfortable with the ingredients. It has helped me to lose weight, be more regular in the bathroom, and just made me feel more awake overall. It seems to be priced middle of the road. I have found that buying any dirt cheap products is ususally a mistake. It is a mystery to me why there is a number 7 in the name but the product is really excellent if you care about your health. My doctor recommended a few brands to me and this was one of them. It is priced very well, can be taken daily, and has veryu good ingredients. My doctor suggested that I start taking multivitamins and also a colon cleanser. He meantioned this brand in 1 other that he has tried also, and liked. I tried the other first and wasnt impressed. This brand had a noticable effect. It was subtle at first, but over time, my bowel movements got much more regular and I was feeling my IBS symptoms anymore. I have found that I feel less sluggish but am not sure if it is because of this product. I do recommend it though.Product Review: poor results
