This cleans your teeth well but is hard to hold on to since it's slippery. It's also harder to floss with because it's almost impossible to get a steady rubbing motion going between your teeth. Perhaps the slipperiness has to do with the fluoride coating. It will not break easily but requires more patience than conventional dental floss.
