this is a perfect cushion to relief your back pain
i've a Pilonidal cyst complicated with coccycodynia and now, i cant sit without it
it made me more comfortable with complete relief of pain
regarding the softness..im from saudi arabia and we've hot climate which'll cause softness of its material , then it becomes more flat and less valuable :|

This cushion really worked well for me. It was the only cushion that was comfortable enough to sit on for long periods without damaging any nerves. I tried other seats to heal my spine problem but this is the only one that was comfortable enough.Product Review: helpful
