Product Review: Pretty cushy...

Wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I have had need for this type of cushion. For some reason my very expensive office chair became uncomfortable. Before I knew it my tailbone was very bruised and I had a hard time sitting on ANY chair or sofa...(even my bed!)
I ordered this cushion because it seemed to fit the bill for what I needed. It did seem to relieve a lot of my pain since I do tend to sit 90% of the time at work. I imagine if I used it 100% of the time I wouldn't have ANY pain, but I am not about to carry this all over the place with me. I love the cover, it has a suede-like fabric on the top. Zipper in the front and a nice (not cheap) vinyl around the edges and the bottom. It's shaped like a wedge and seems to keep it's shape fairly well considering it has my big bottom sitting on it! It's a dark chocolate brown which surprised me because I thought I was ordering a black one. Nevertheless, it's worked out great for me and I thought it was a decent price for what I received. Yes, I would buy it again!
Product Review: Product Misrepresentation/No Reasonable Return Policy

I have major back pain and was looking to upgrade my regular foam filled seat cushion which cost $15. However, the product offered by Medical Department Stores as "Coccyx Cushion", which I purchased for $33.49 is advertised as being made of high quality standard memory foam. Once I received the product, I took it out of the plastic wrap which is the only way to test it on a chair and found that it was very stiff and stiffer than the cushion on my chair. Also, I noticed that the ticket on the cushion says its only made 1/2 of memory foam which was very poor quality, which was not even close to the standar memory foam found in pillows in the store. I contacted the company, which was hard to get through on the phone and had to leave a message that was never returned and got lucky today and got through to the appropriate person. All I did was remove the plastic wrap in order to test it out and they won't return it because the plastic wrap was removed? But this is the only way to test it out. This is not a reputable company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INTERNET COMPANY, AS IT IS A BIG HOAX. Buy the cheaper foam filled cushion and just replace it every 1 to 2 years, which is what I'm going to do.Product Review: Quality is not there

I have a friend who purchased a cushion like this from another store. It felt great to sit on and relieved my coccyx pressure completely and immediately. My cushion flattens completely. I am not heavy, however, it does not retain any of it's shape when I sit on it. It's therefore useless in giving me any coccyx relief. I don't know if mine was not of the same quality as others, but it is useless to me. I am very disappointed. I was so hopeful!Product Review: Relief

I have a permanently bruised coccyx which aches after sitting too long, which means shifting positions, slouching, lots of Motrin, all that stuff. I was seriously looking into buying an expensive Aeron Chair when I decided to give this a try. I had used the "donut" pillows in the past with no satisfaction. This cushion works great. The heat sensitive foam forms to you when you sit on it, will reshape quickly anew when you get up, the cutout in the back is perfect for keeping pressure off the coccyx. I am very happy with the results I get and the quality of the cushion.
(as an update to this review, I started using a Herman Miller Mirra chair at work and after about 10 months I stopped using the cushion altogether as the coccyx no longer bothers me)

It's just what I needed for my elderly mother. She's extremely thin and her tailbone gets very sore if she sits for any length of time. It's given her tremendous relief and we couldn't manage without it!
