I love this item it keeps my bra straps from sliding down, my socks in place (no more bunching down my toes) my button shirt from gaping.And it last all day. I actually cut the strips in half so I get twice the amount. Its a must have. Just make sure ur skin is clean of lotion or oils b4 applying directly on the skin.
