I've used this product since it first came out. I love not having to store a germ laden toilet brush, and it's handy not having to squirt the toilet with cleaning solution. It makes a nasty job quick and easy. I keep a wand in every bathroom in the house. Another handy thing about this product is that Amazon will deliver cleaning refills to my house. I've never had any problem with the head coming off; I don't flush the toilet until I've removed the cleaning wand and head.Product Review: Makes a dirty job less dirty

I find this system to be very easy to use. I especially like that I can throw away the offending brush after using it (without touching it) and simply rinse the wand off. Leaves the toilet sparkling clean.Product Review: Needed special device to remove from three toilets in my home.

Do not flush means do not flush. Do you pay your cleaning lady enough to remove the brush from the toilet bowl if it comes off? Probably not,so they will try to flush it unsuccessfully.
I just removed three of these brushes from three bathrooms in my home that have not been flushing well and clogging often. Think twice before you give this to someone else to use in your home. I will not use this system anymore.

We just had to dismantle our toilet to get a disposable cleaning sponge
out. Disgusting and unnecessary. While cleaning the bowl, the sponge
snapped off at the bottom of the bowl. The size was perfect for getting
stuck at the base of it. I tried to reach in and pull it, but it went further in.
Tried getting something to latch on to it but didn't work. Tried to plunge
it through. Didn't work. It got stuck at the very bottom of the toilet and
wedged there.
Going back to the old fashioned, non flushable toilet brush.

The Clorox Toilet Wand Cleaning System Starter Kit consists of a toilet wand, a storage caddy, and 20 Refills.
The Refill
Each refill scrubber has a "stem" on top that snaps onto the end of wand. Once in place, the scrubber is very securely attached to the wand. To remove and discard a used scrubber, simply push a button on the handle of the wand to release the scrubber from the wand.
Note: The scrubber is not "flushable"; it has to be disposed of in a trash can.
The scrubber is abrasive and heavy-duty. It is pre-treated with a cleaning detergent that's apparent once the scrubber gets wet and the blue-colored detergent running from the scrubber streaks the toilet bowl.
The Caddy

The caddy has a compartment for storing approximately 10 refills. It also has a small storage compartment that's essentially just a shallow hole for erecting the wand in. The compartment for the wand has a tiny hole on the bottom for drainage.

The Clorox Toilet Wand takes minimal effort to use and gets my toilet very clean. It is also very sanitary because the scrubber is thrown away after each use and the wand can be stored away neatly in the caddy compartment - no unsightly brush to look at and no mess to deal with.
