I do a lot of training for various races and these are the best gels I have tried. They make a clear difference in performance, however, can take a little while to work. About 20 min for me. They also come from a great company that uses mostly organic ingredients. Also, the litter collector seconds as a carabiner for runs. They taste as can be expected as most gels aren't particularly pleasant, however, they don't upset the stomach. In general a great product and plan to reorder again.
