I'm not sure if Yummiest is even a word but it best describes the Clif Shot recovery drink. I never have time to eat right away and at only 120 calories, knowing that you have everything your body needs for the next workout is essential. It's also convenient because you can put the powder in an empty bottle and before you drive back from a workout, you can just fill the bottle with water and drink it on your way home. This doesn't replace a meal by any means but it keeps you replenished until you have time to eat properly.
