I have tried both the orange and mango flavors, and I must say, I am very impressed with how good these taste! I have been doing P90x for 7 weeks now and I can say for sure that this stuff works. The first week of the program I was not taking any recovery drink - and I paid for it. What a difference my recovery has had now that I am taking these after my workouts. It certainly does not hurt that they taste so good!
