Every time we use the shot blocks for a long workout we feel like we have more energy that is sustained longer (usually we are cycling long distances). Simply put, I get a good burst of energy with no sugar crash. Bloks taste good and are easy to carry around. I pretty much always have one on me, in my car and a couple in the bag for travel and outdoor adventures. This new flavor is probably my favorite, right ahead of strawberry and the lemon-lime. I also prefer the non-caffeinated bloks for all but emergency snacks at work.Product Review: great price!

I eat these all the time for energy when I run, or Bike. Easy to carry and easy on the stomach. Much better than gu which I find too sticky, these shot bloks are chewy like a gummy bear. The price for shot bloks when you eat as many as I do over a month is not cheap so when I can find them for a little less I buy them by the box.
