Product Review: Tasty but gooey (and high in sodium)

A friend and I sampled these and found them fairly tasty, but a bit gooey. The sweet granola filler and chocolate chips are tasty, but I can only imagine they'd turn to soup in the heat. Also, the package indicates that they contain 220mg of sodium. They are labeled "sweet and salty", so the sodium's no surprise, and you might want it if you're on the trail, but it's worth knowing how much you're taking in.
The mix of nuts was good, but I still prefer Kind Fruit and Nut bars, which have less filler. Like most such bars, they also have a reasonably long shelf life.

So good - but pricey at the store - so I'm glad I found them in bulk here on Amazon. Yeah they disappeared this summer when the nation's supply of peanut butter got all poisony, but they're back and I'm glad to say as delicious and nutritious as ever. I won't say nutrageous (because that's gross and there are kids in the room) but I could could live off of these, they're that good: Salty sweet with a hint of crunchy/chewy chocolate pretzelyness.Product Review: Very Tasty Protein Bar!

I found the Clif Mojo Bar (Mountain Mix) to be very flavorful. It had plenty of almonds and peanuts in it, which I love. This protein bar also included raisins and chocolate chips and has no trans fats, which is very important to me since I eat all natural and organic foods. I highly recommend this protein bar for someone who also eats natural foods as you know you will be getting quality ingredients in each bar.
