Very strong tart berry taste in a twisted fruit rope. Can be tough on the jaw but very yummy. My 3 kids eat them up like they are candy and its a full serving of fruit so I don't mind. Rather low on sugar with some dietary fiber and no fat. The perfect organic afternoon snack. I even get a stash of these delivered for me. My kids eat the mixed pack with all the flavors.Product Review: Tasty and Nutritious, now that's a a big win!

my kids didn't like these as much as i did. they are so sour/tangy. for me it curbed cravings for something to munch on. i think they were a bit too much for my 7 and 8 year olds who prefer fresh fruit. i ordered more for myself though :)
