I use these as substitutes for breakfast when I'm running late. They are tasty and they do give you enough energy for four hours or so. For some reason, they are better when I buy the entire box through Amazon than when I buy just a few from my local grocery; it's probably a freshness thing.Product Review: Great bar

way to get rid of them. I got the peanut butter
crunch because of the rave reviews....I really
have to wonder who is writing these reviews.
WORTHY OF NOTE...These bars are niether crunchy nor do they have
any flavor at all!!! The taste is a cross
between stale unsweetened oatmeal and wet flour.
for 40 grams of carb per bar...not worth it!
