Product Review: Poor shipment method in warm weather

The product itself was not an issue. However, I won't be ordering these to be shipped in the summer ever again. They came completely melted. By the time I was opening them up at work during a break, the chocolate was basically all in the bottom of the packages and would get everywhere when I'd open them. I'll only repeat this order in cooler weather. I've been eating Clif Builder's Bars for a couple of years now, and they are truly one of the best tasting protein bars on the market. I stand by the bar, just not the method of shipping chosen in 90+ degree weather.Product Review: Protein Bar that you'll like

I ordered both the chocolate and cookies n creme bars based upon reviews I read here. Unfortunately once I got these bars they taste absolutely horrible. Some people complained about the expiration date, which is not my problem--these bars don't expire for another 7 months.
I've tried eating them, but I just want to vomit. I can barely force myself to take a bite, let alone eat the entire bar. I'll just look for a better tasting bar or get my protein in shakes/meals.

Well I've tried a bunch of different protein bars and this one takes the cake by a long shot. For myself it's the best tasting bar that is not too sweet, too strong, or too bland. I usually get the cookies'n cream flavor but I'm also a big fan of the chocolate mint one as well. I eat these often as snacks during the day and it keeps me filled up for at least two hours. It has a reasonable amount of calories (270) considering how much protein there is (20g). That's about less than 10% and a much better ratio than other bars.
Highly recommended. I buy them by the box because I can't find any store in the NYC area which sells them individually!
