Product Reviews of CliC Adjustable Front Connect Reader, 1.50 Strength, Tortoise FrameProduct Review: One size DOES fit all! Summary: 3 Stars
Great idea. Well made product. One "little" problem. If your head is a little larger than average, the magnet will not secure the two halves together. A thick head of hair will have the same result. Most unfortunate.
UPDATE: I've now discovered that the sides do telescope out to accomadate larger sizes. That's more like it. Why they don't advertise that up front is beyond me. It does seem a little obvious now (duh), but I was actually trying to stretch the plastic when the metal front section suddenly slid forward from the plastic back part. Geez. I'm going to buy more of them now. They're great. Make those 3 stars a 5 star rating!
Product Review: THEY DIDN'T WORK FOR ME Summary: 1 Stars
These CliC glasses are a great idea... I first saw them on CSI-NY, and sought them out, but they are not made big enough... they worked fine as long as I was looking down, but as soon as I turned my head level, or looking up, the glasses would "pop" apart. I had purchased two pair, and returned them both.
Product Review: TOO SMALL Summary: 2 Stars
I thought this product would be great for my husband who's reading glasses are forver falling off his face.
BUT, as other reviewer's stated, if you have a large head these will NOT fit. I was hoping they would fit my hubby but they wouldn't even close.
I wish the manufacturer would make these for large heads!
Product Review: TOO SMALL FOR A BIG HEAD Summary: 4 Stars
THE FRAME IS NOT ADJUSTABLE SO YOU RISK A TIGHT FIT IF YOUR HEAD IS A LITTLE BIGGER THAN AVERAGE.
OTHERWISE I LOVE NOT LOSING MY GLASSES ANYMORE.
Product Review: Time Saver Summary: 5 Stars
Clic glasses have saved me from constantly looking for my glasses.
I have to take my glasses off to read but need them to see any distance. What I did was have an optician put my strength prescription in the Clic frames. I think you should market them that way as well as with reading glasses in the frame. I LOVE THEM!
