My doctor recommended this monitor when I told her I was TTC. It's worth every penny. It worked he first month; I just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. If you want to take the stress out of figuring out when you ovulate, this machine will do that for you. It is a little cumbersome/annoying to hold your pee until your testing window, but it was a very small price to pay. I highly recommend this product.Product Review: Amazing machine!

I am 35 and have been off birth control since 2001; my cycles were always horribly irregular, and none of the traditional monitoring worked for us. After tons of trying, we resorted to fertility treatments and two IVF cycles resulted in two beautiful daughters who are now 5 and 3. We cannot afford more IVF, although we'd love one more baby, so I bought this monitor just to see if I was even ovulating - the price may seem high, but it is a STEAL compared to fertility treatments. I was shocked during the first cycle that it detected ovulation, and then my period came exactly 14 days later. I was even more shocked during the second cycle when my period DIDN'T come and I got a positive pregnancy test! This is a fantastic tool for irregular menstruation without other fertility issues, and I am thrilled to have found it!Product Review: Amazing product

I have been an Amazon customer for years and have yet to write a review until now! Like others, I swore that if I got pregnant while using this monitor that I would write a review. Well, just got a positive blood HCG (benefit of working in an ER) yesterday... exactly 14 days post ovulation according to the monitor:-)
I am a Navy ER nurse and work crazy shifts from nights to days etc, I have very irregular periods lasting anywhere from 30-45 days, and I often would forget to use the monitor when I should have. However, after our 3rd month of trying...IT WORKED!!!!!!
We have a 2 year old at home, so this is our second pregnancy and we had been trying for over a year before I broke down and paid the money for this monitor, and I am so extremely happy now that I did. With our crazy hectic military lives I do not have time to do all the other ovulation testing, this monitor is sooooo simple to use.
People have complained about having to use first morning pee, but I often did not because I was coming off a night shift or just plain forgot. But, I would make sure that I would hold my pee for about 4 hours (if my window aloud that much time) to get my urine a little more concentrated, prior to using a stick. My second month in, I forgot for like 3 days to use the monitor after my period, but I reset the monitor anyway to day 5 of my cycle and started from there. I just mentally made a note that the monitor was going to be 3 days off. Regardless, it still had me test enough that it caught my high days, and my peak day. I also combined sticks from 2 different boxes and did not follow the directions on using 10 from the same box, because I ran out. All three months, regardless of how I screwed up the proper testing technique, the monitor worked like a charm for me. It showed 3-4 high days followed by a peak day right around day 20 for me, and I learned once I saw the peak day to just stop testing and save my sticks.
All 3 months hubby and I baby danced on some but not all high days and then on my peak day. I was really hoping to be one of the lucky ones to get pregnant the first month, but I am just as thrilled to have it happen on the 3rd try:-)
This monitor is the closest thing to seeing a specialist in my opinion. I would have never known when I ovulated and when we should focus trying without it. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
Now my focus is on having a healthy pregnancy:-)

I can't say enough about this product. We had been trying for three months and purchased this monitor with hopes of speeding things along. One month later and we're pregnant! The great thing about the monitor is that it tells you exactly when you will ovulate plus it gives you additional days leading up to ovulation to increase your chances of conceiving. I have shorter cycles so I had assumed that I ovulated sooner than the average 14th day. Turns out I actually ovulate later, around 15 or 16 days, and I'm convinced this knowledge helped us conceive this time around.Product Review: Annoying

I was hoping this was going to help me succeed in getting pregnant. I started it the day of my cycle and had one low day of fertility and 19 days of high fertility without a peak... egh!! very disappointed with the product and would recommend saving your money.
