My husband and I have been trying for #2 for about 4 months without success. I bought this monitor for the last cycle and was very pleased with it. It does have a long instruction booklet that should definitely be read and can be a little confusing on several points. I had difficulty testing within the window because I found that I often wake up at night to go to the bathroom. I ended up collecting that sample in a cup and testing in the morning within the window. I intend to set the testing window for a very early start next time so this doesn't happen. You should also know that you must purchase and start using the machine within the first 5 days of your cycle, or it won't be accurate. Although it did not work for me this time, it was extremely helpful in confirming my most fertile days. I ended up learning that I have a short luteal phase, which may actually be why it's taking a while to concieve. This product will not get you pregnant, but it definitely is a helpful tool in learning more about your cycle.Product Review: Waste of Money

We tried this Monitor 3 times and it does not tell you when you are most fertile. After we put the fertility sticks into the monitor the display screened turned off. We had three intelligent people read the instructions to make sure we were following the instructions correctly. I would not recommend this item.Product Review: I can't believe it!

I can't believe it! I have never written a review before now, but I had to tell everyone about this amazing product. I am 30 years old and had been trying to get pregnant for 6 months with no luck until a friend of mine told me about the Clear Blue Easy fertility monitor. She had been trying for a baby for a year and got pregnant the first month of using this product. I was skeptical at first. What did this monitor know that I didn't? I pretty much have a regular cycle and was always paying attention to my CM, but still kept coming up short every month. So I decided to bite the bullet and buy the monitor. It is expensive but my husband thought it was worth a try..and I month later I to am PREGNANT!! I couldn't believe it! I took 2 HPT to confirm it. I don't know how long it would have taken without using the monitor. I really thought I knew everything that was going on in my body, but I didn't. I didn't realize all the days you could possibly conceive. It may be just coincidental, but I really feel like the monitor helped me pinpoint my best days. My husband and I are thrilled about having our first baby and I know I will definetly use the monitor again when we are ready for our second!Product Review: Works...when it works

I've had mine for 5 months now and 2 of the 5 months it's timing was off because it didn't ask me to insert the stick on the 6th day. I'm well within the 3 hour window for testing. So now, I need to go spend more $$$ just to be sure of the right day...
It's a good product if you are irregular or don't know when your peak fertility period is. It's not necessarily "easy" to predict yourself. However I don't think it's very reliable. I wouldn't spend the $$ on this again and would try the digital sticks. Those seemed to work well.

I have been trying to figure out my ovulation over the past 3 months with those little strips and they have all come out negative. Finally, I broke down and bought this monitor and it has told me when I am able to conceive. It is so easy to understand: 1 line=low fertility, 2 lines=high fertility, and 3 lines=peak fertility. It's as simple as that! This was made for even the "not so bright" to understand!!! I love it. It is just what I needed to help my husband and I conceive!!!
