I too do not normally write online reviews, but thought it was important since it has worked so well, and since it was brought up that these reviews seem biased, so I do not sell clear tract.
First, it is imporatant to say that d-mannose only works if your UTI is caused by Ecoli. I had been suffering from UTIs constantly and have done lots of research on how to get rid of it naturally. I first took antibiotics for a week and they got rid of most of it but not completely, so I would have to take more, after three weeks on antibiotics I decided that I needed to find another way.
The directions say to take the d-mannose for three days, I have found that even though it makes me feel better quickly I need to take it for a full week to get rid of the whole infection. I have also tried products with d-mannose, cranberry, and a variety of other herbs, etc. which did not work for me. For me the product had to be 100% d-mannose, taken about every two waking hours. I have not tried other 100% d-mannose products because this one has worked for me, but those would probably work too.
D-mannose was a good solution because you don't have to alter your diet (I ate less sugar and no chocolate) and you can take it as much as you want. If you have an ecoli infection, this should work for you.

are these other reviews even real? i feel like they're fake testimonials. like one of the reviews goes into depth about what d mannose does scientifically speaking, it just sounded like they were totally trying to sell the product...like it was someone from cleartract posing like they were a customer...how would a customer know that much about d mannose really? anyway i feel no changes with this product...i don't know maybe it just really doesn't work for me...i would give it no stars but that's not an optionProduct Review: Skeptical, But Now A Believer!

I can relate to almost every review under this product in one way or another. Over the years I've gotten UTI after UTI. Leary that sex was going to bring one on even while practicing excellent hygiene before and after (even urinating as recommended), etc. etc. I was on macrobid as a preventive and then would have to take a mega dosage of the medicine for any UTI to go away. I believe my body was building up an immune system to the product. I started using this product along with Native Remedies UT Tonic a few months ago and so far so good! I try to remember to take a preventative dose every day as one reviewer recommended. If I feel like a UTI is coming on I will take 3 doses for a few days, but that's only been a few times. I was so, so, skeptical and was also a little scarred after having so many UTIs to put my faith in another product besides perscription drugs. This also tastes great which is also a major added bonus since I gag swallowing pills! Tastes kind of like confectionary sugar.
I plan to also order oil or oregano after reading the different reviews. If this product does not work for you, you're probably treating the wrong kind of infection so will need the oil of oregano.
Anyone better explain cystitus to me? Sounds like you could easily get the two infections mixed up.

I was so hopeful after reading all of the reviews that this product was going to work for me. Sadly, it didn't work at all and maybe even made my symptoms worse. I used it for over two weeks and my UTI never got any better. I finally went into my doctor and had to take a 10 day course of antibiotics. I asked my doctor about these types of products and he said that they may work to help prevent UTIs but should never be used to treat one.
