Product Reviews of CleanWell All-Natural Antibacterial Foaming Hand Wash, Ginger Bergamot, 9.5-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 4)Product Review: Cleanwell All-Natural Antibacterial Foaming Hand Wash Summary: 4 Stars
I really like this product as I've used it in the past, but the bottles that were sent to me were about 3/4 full . . . strange, so Amazon.com sent me a refund for 1 1/2 bottles. I love amazon!
Product Review: Foaming handwash - only need water to rinse Summary: 5 Stars
The 'thin' feeling noted by the other reviewer is likely due to what I did when I first got this: I got my hands wet and mixed the soap in with water as I rubbed my hands together. I quickly realized that this is 'foaming handwash' - So it is not intended to get suds - I now simply pump the soap into my hands - lather up and rub as usual and THEN use water to rinse it away.
There are lots of different scents - lavender is my favorite but I actually like the way the ginger bergamot smells. Agree it's not great first coming out but it leaves your hands smelling great. There is nothing pungent about it.
I can't wait for Cleanwell to do some home care products. The fact that they use only natural products (and no triclosan) is a huge incentive. I wish more people knew about them and that schools would start using their sanitizer rather than the purell and other alcohol-based solutions.
Product Review: Great natural soap Summary: 5 Stars
I love this soap - it's a natural anti-bacterial soap which is what I've been looking for. There aren't a lot of suds with this soap but I still feel it washes well. I actually like the smell - pretty fragnant.
Product Review: Nice idea - needs improvement Summary: 3 Stars
I like that the soap is natural and anti-bacterial. The smell is not great though. It has a strong repellent smell. The soap is thin and doesn't lather well. I added some Dr. Bronner's liquid peppermint soap to the container. That helped the smell and kicked up the suds.
Product Review: Used up quickly, doesn't cut grease, smells exactly like horse linament Summary: 2 Stars
We like the idea of this product, being an all-natural anti-bacterial handwash. However, the 9.5 ounce bottle runs out incredibly quickly, the wash will not cut through grease on your hands, and the ginger-bergamot scent smells exactly like horse linament, which is harsh and chemical-y.
We wanted to use this in our kitchen but can't because of the smell and the lack of grease-cutting ability.
