Product Review: Not What I Ordered

I was looking for a gift for my mom and thought this was perfect since she recently had her case stolen. The add said the case was for 120 cigarettes, but when I recieved the case, the cigarettes did not fit. There was no phone number or any way to contact anyone to return the item. So I'm stuck with a case that I can't use and my mom still does not have one.
