My daughter is extremely sensitive to air pressure changes. Airplane decents are very painful events for her - and for those around her. But just pop these in a few minutes before the plane starts decending and she's just fine. Highly recommended for kids with this problem. Also great for any kid when they have a headcold, which usually makes it difficult to "pop" your ears by swallowing.
