My son had serious knee pain for over a year from basketball. He used single bands below the knee, and they provided some relief. However, they would end up sliding down...even at the tightest setting. Any tighter and they would have cut off circulation. These new dual bands are the answer! They helped relieve the pain by taking stress off the tendon on the top AND bottom of the knee cap. They helped support the entire knee joint...and best of all, they stayed in place!Product Review: I like it...

because it stablizes your knee very good. If you have a floating knee cap try this one and see if it works for you
My left knee cap moves about when I'm running due to my patela tendon problems. My left quad above the knee cap gets tight after 30 or 40 mins of running. I usually have to stop and bend my knee a few times to relax my quad.
When I wear this product it does not get tight and when I take it off it still loose (quad). Its ok to run in, but to use it for a race...to me it's restrictive. I use the single bands and they help, but this product is better for more stability.

I've had bad knees for a long time and have experienced times when getting around was nearly impossible. During one of these episodes is when I discovered this product. I couldn't wait for it to arrive. When it did, I put it on and I experienced instant pain relief. Moreover, I was able to walk without pain and revert to my normal activities within a few days of wearing this and doing some knee exercises.
I just ordered my second one in case I ever want to wear one on both knees or if I need a spare.
I've tried many different braces and supports and I can tell you that in my opinion this is the absolute best. I often wear it when I'm working out just to make sure my knee stays in place. I highly recommend this.

My husband had multiple knee injuries and one surgery. We tried expensive braces including Don Joy but none worked. This is very affordable and yet it does help!!!
