This is definitely not an 'all inclusive' product. You must have a considerably minor sore throat/tonsil pain to get any use out of the product. It helps for the first few seconds you spray it only. That is not a good thing. It simply isn't worth it. Due to the economy, they are no longer putting the same amount of the active ingredient in it (they will not admit this of course, as many company's right now are not) that they had previously.
