I will not hold it against the cover. I did not like the medi-flow pillow. The concept sounded cool. Big disappointment. The cover is comfortable and well constructed.
Description of Chiroflow Waterbase Pillow, QUILTED PILLOW COVER ONLY
A layer of super-soft, hypoallergenic Dupont polyester fiber floats over top of a water layer and provides outstanding comfort. The water pouch secured to the base of the pillow provides responsive head and neck support. A thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to prevent body heat from being drawn from the head, neck and shoulders. Easy to follow instructions show how much water to add for soft, medium and firm support. Optional quilted cover.Health Care
