These simple tape strips completely stopped my snoring. I started snoring after dental surgery which made it uncomfortable to close my mouth at night. Even after I got better I was still sleeping with my mouth open which means I was snoring. By simply putting one of these tape strips on my mouth, my mouth remains closed and I do not snore. In addition I can sleep on my back which is by far the most comfortable position for me. I am no longer banished to the guest bedroom!
