"This is the WORST item ever. DO NOT BUY IT!!! It doesn't work!!! I returned the first one, and they sent me a second to try, in case it was defective. It wasn't, it just doesn't work. It slips down if you turn over at night, to between your shoulder and your pillow. It also doesn't stay cold at all. The second one didn't work either, and they made me pay to ship that one back."Product Review: WONDERFUL

This item is great, especially for someone with MS. I have had 2 questions and have called the company and wonderful. Great. I am going to get another as a space, but was told by company, I really only needed a vinal patch kit. I have not had to have anything yet.

I bought this product because I have hot flashes, especially at night. I sweat facially and my pillow becomes damp and hot. This means I can't sleep. But when I use the chillow I am guaranteed a good night's sleep. (I do recommend putting it in the fridge for 30 min prior to use.) It stays quite cool for up to an hour of staying in the same spot. If I wake up with a hot flash I simply move my head to a new spot and it is cool. After about 10 hours of use it is still cooler than the room but not chilly.
I also have frequent nausea and the chillow helps with that as well. By placing it under the back of my neck it cools my overall body temp quickly thereby reducing the nauseous feeling.
The only thing that I can say negative about it is that it is heavy. But it isn't much of a negative.
I haven't had any problems with the interior foam bunching up at all. I simply fold it into quarters and store it that way. I have had it for 2 months now and I use it every night - and often during the day as well.
I think this product is a must for anyone who over-heats or has hot flashes.
