"This is the WORST item ever. DO NOT BUY IT!!! It doesn't work!!! I returned the first one, and they sent me a second to try, in case it was defective. It wasn't, it just doesn't work. It slips down if you turn over at night, to between your shoulder and your pillow. It also doesn't stay cold at all. A complete waste of money! This is like sleeping on a metal slab or plank of wood. VERY uncomfortable, stiff and heavy. A total rip-off.Product Review: Excellent!!!!

I absolutely love my chillow. It was what i had always wanted. This pillow does become very heavy though because of all the water in it. Oh yeah don't forget about it and leave it in you car when its 3 degrees outside =) I accidentally did that on vacation and it started a very minor leak.Product Review: Finally

My body radiates head when I go to bed. Thank goodness for the Chillow. It always feels like it came right out of the refrigerator, with none of the pesky condensation of ice packs. I only need to lay on it for 30 minutes or so to cool down, so I can't say how it lasts if you use it overnight. However, since it stays cool on its own, it would be great to keep off to the side during the night for a quick cooldown if you wake up sweating.Product Review: Finally something that relieves hot flashes!!!!

I was just desperate to get a decent nights sleep. After trying all the usual over the counter medications I decided to give this a try. The set up was easy, just fill with water and let it sit overnight. First I tried the chillow without putting it in the refrigerator as the instructions state is not necessary, but it is!!! Every night I get my chillow out of the refrigerator and stuff it in my pillow case and find it stays cool for at least 5 hours which is enough to get to sleep and stay for awhile. The drawback is that when it loses it's cool it really feels warm and not too comfortable so I end up tossing it aside around 5 in the morning. But then after about an hour or so it's cooled off a bit and ready to use again. Hey, it's far from perfect but the initial cool on my neck and head to help me get to sleep is actually worth it. If you don't expect a lot this product is a nice surprise. I was totally skeptical but now I won't sleep without it.
