I ordered 3 on 12/17/06 for Christmas presents & paid for expedited shipping to receive by 12/23/06. I received only one. The other two were sent after New Years - and I was made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. I would rate the company as poor.
The pillow itself is basically as advertised. However, if you are familar with a waterbed, the Chillow is the same basic concept without a heater - all of the disadvantages (removing air bubbles) along with the advantages (absorbs body heat). As far as help with night sweats, it IS better than getting up and putting your head in the freezer.

The Chillow is a wonderful item for people who don't like to sleep on regular pillows that turn warm . The chillow provides a refreshing coolness at bedtime and lasts a long time. If it is warm after sleeping on it all night just turn it around and it's back to "coolness."Product Review: Chillow Pillow...great for me

I love my new Chillow Pillow. I would have given it 5 stars but the material had an odor that took a couple of days to become subtle. I look forward to going to bed and having a cold pillow, it instantly cools my body down to go to sleep. Bought the chillow for my hubby who sweats all night long even with the fan and AC going.
It was a pain in the butt to fill the first time and we had water leakage everywhere when trying to get out the air bubbles despite letting it sit for a full 4 hours as recommended.
He finally started using it to dismal results. It is cool at first but then fades away unless you constantly keep moving it around. (same thing you can do with a regular pillow when you're trying to find a cool spot)
Problem with moving it is that it weighs approx 3-5lbs and slides all over the place in the pillow sack! The product also smells like rubber...yuck! Not pleasant.
I would NOT recommend this to a friend and if I was not so stubborn, I wouldv'e listened to the negative comments before I purchased it and saved my money.
I took a chance and regret it. Don;t be foolish like I was. Don;t bother with the Chillow.
PS- Sorry OPRAH, this is NOT a "favorite thing".
