Our Doctor recommended our 9 year old son take epa/dha to help heal his nervous system after he suffered a traumatic brain injury. It was difficult to find a product that tasted good enough for him to take it 2-3 times a day while he is healing. These pudding packets are the best tasting thing we have found so far. Our son takes it on his own. He prefers the packets mixed with yogurt.
