Great seeds, great price.
Since this is a review about the product & their packaging not how it was packed when shipped I gave it 5 stars.
With packing included
1st order would be 2 stars. (Sold by Alive and Aware and Fulfilled by Amazon)
-Great price but either the sellers packing, amazon packing or a combination of both sucked (I can't really rate the seeds. The ones that leaked out on my couch & floor, while I was retaping it, looked okay)
2nd order would be 5 stars. (Sold by RawReform and Fulfilled by Amazon)
Amazon customer service 3 stars.
-It would have been higher if I understood the person I was talking to & didn't have to shell out $30 again, wait 2 days more (instead of overnight) & wait for a refund.
My 1st order was sent back unopened (since seeds were leaking out of the box. The Fedex driver was nice enough to tape it a little. They were leaking in his truck). Sold by Alive and Aware and Fulfilled by Amazon. Since I never opened the box I have no idea what went wrong or how it was packed. (The sucky part is since amazon wasn't the seller only the fulfiller, I had to reorder, send the package back & WAIT for a refund).
The good thing is it allowed me to order from another seller that was selling the seeds at the same price & prime eligible too
I placed a 2nd order this time with RawReform and Fulfilled by Amazon. This order came in double bagged with the bag with seeds reversed (in case the inner bag broke or opened it would catch them & could be easily pulled out without losing many seeds) from the seller, a note with samples was in outer bag. Amazon secured it to a piece of cardboard with plastic shrink wrapped around it. Not 1 spilled seed.
Now I can enjoy the seeds & just sit & wait for my refund.
