Great value for money. I also love the taste,. It has a crunchy, poppy seed, kind of nutty taste to it.
And it is great sprinkled on yogurts, salads, or even eating it plain.
I have a lot more energy, does wonders for the digestive system and overall feel an improvement.
Product is so much better than flaxseed.
I will definitely order this product again.

I have this big bag of seeds that will stay there because I was under the impression that I could grow them like alfalfa sprouts. I don't think so. Some say to eat the seed as it is but I do not normally eat a spoonful of seeds.Product Review: My breakfast chia seeds.

If there is nutrition information and the purpose of the product, that might be helpful before purchasing the product. I don't feel any difference in my body or feeling even after finishing one pound of the product. I would like to know sometime in the future.
