Worked for two months. I put it away after one use and next time would not inflate. I tried to contact seller without success. Would like to know how to fix or get a replacement. I purchased the more expensive one thinking it would last longer. Seller if you read this please put a contact number other than Beijing for your USA customers.Product Review: Very Uncomfortable

I would not recommend this. I tried it once and returned it and re-ordered Dr. Bobs neck traction. The chisoft is too soft, too hot, and does not give good neck traction.
