Product Review: Recommend the Chi for overall wellness

I have hip joint pain from arthritis. I purchased the Chi Machine with the hope that it would help with hip joint pain, and it does. I feel like the movement helps to decompress the joint after a long day. I feel relaxed after using the Chi Machine, and I think it is helping me to manage my pain. An added bonus is that I have always wanted to start meditating for relaxation and stress relief, but I never seem to find the time. Now that I use the Chi Machine 15 min in the am and the pm, I turn down the lights, turn on soft music, and meditate while using the machine. It is awesome!Product Review: The Chi Vitalizer has been a definite plus for me.

I've been using the Chi Vitalizer two times a day for three weeks. First thing I noticed was how refreshed I feel when waking up in the morning. I've always thought I slept well. Turns out I've slept soundly, but not well.
I also feel more energized during the day.
Working at home for the past thirty years I have always taken an afternoon nap. Naps no longer work. I can lie down, but I can't fall asleep. Just too much energy.
I don't know whether this is psychological or physical, but I seem to be getting a lot more done.
In recent years I've noticed how hard it is to get up and down. For example; lying down on the ground to remove the blades from the riding mower. It was hard to get down and even harder to get up.
I'm 70 and after the first few days of the Vitalizer I noticed I was getting up and down more easily. After three weeks it's is quite easy to get up and down. I don't pop up like a teen ager, but getting up and down is no longer an issue.
I set the remote for a gentle motion for five minutes. Then reset for a faster motion for 15 minutes.
Sometimes after a fifteen minute session it feels so good I just reset for another 15 minutes.
The Chi Vitalizer has been a definite plus for me.

By using this chi-machine for under 10 minutes everyday for over two weeks and can say that the benefits of rejuvenation, reduced stress, weight loss, increased circulation and increased lymphatic drainage are within me. I follow the recommendations by my personal massage therapist and my appetite is better and my smile shines on me. I feel less tired after work. I plan my rejuvenation after traffic jams or early mornings. The machine is simple to use and with a nice color. My suggestions are find a nice and peaceful setting with a yoga mat and some lavender-eye-pillow to enhance benefits...some gentle music will do the trick.
