I have been using my Chi machine for a couple of weeks on a daily basis.
I can tell a big difference in how my digestive system is working. No more problems with "elimination". My husband is also using the machine and is able to go to sleep quicker and is waking up feeling more rested.
We have seen other benefits, as well, but these are the 2 problems we were hoping would be helped and they have been.
Any other benefits are just "the icing on the cake"!

I've had the Chi Energizer for just over 2 weeks and already I can feel a difference. I have fibromyalgia and back and neck problems so my muscles are very sore almost all the time. I had gotten some relief from acupuncture, but after doing that every week for over a year, it started to be less effective. The first few days of using the Chi Energizer I felt kind of odd, not terrible but not great either. I attributed this to my body getting used to the machine and what it was doing for me. Now, 2 weeks later, I still use it twice a day and the difference is noticable. I sleep better, my neck and back pain, while not completely gone, is greatly improved. I'm hoping with continued use, it will get even better.
I know that it's helping because the first few days, only my legs moved. The muscles in my back and neck were so tight that they just wouldn't budge! But, little by little they eased up.
It's very relaxing too. I put a sleep mask over my eyes and put my headphones on and turn my ipod on to whatever I'm in the mood to listen to and the 15 minutes just flies by!

Amazing relief for restless leg syndrome. I thought I had to live with this problem because nothing helped until I tried the Chi Energizer (Chi Vitalizer).
Am having a better nights sleep and my body is becoming more limber. All this after using for less than a month. For added comfort on my ankles, I place a thick folded wash cloth on each side---turn the stereo on, close my eyes and have a great fifteen minute break first thing each morning.

I have Lymphedema in both legs. I had been told that the Chi would help stimulate the Lymph system. I use it twice a day - sometimes 3 times for no more than 20 minutes each time. I worked up to that from the 3 minutes each time the product recommended when you begin. (follow the instructions). It helps keep the swelling down in my feet. I have also noticed shapelier legs & bottom. If you do not lay completely straight out in front of the Chi I have noticed it gives me a backache or side ache. Again... follow the instructions. I have a very firm mattress so I put it at the bottom of my bed when in use then set it under when I am finished. I will keep using it and only time will tell the net result.
