I have hip joint pain from arthritis. I purchased the Chi Machine with the hope that it would help with hip joint pain, and it does. I feel like the movement helps to decompress the joint after a long day. I feel relaxed after using the Chi Machine, and I think it is helping me to manage my pain. An added bonus is that I have always wanted to start meditating for relaxation and stress relief, but I never seem to find the time. Now that I use the Chi Machine 15 min in the am and the pm, I turn down the lights, turn on soft music, and meditate while using the machine. It is awesome!
