This is just like the ones they use in physical therapy offices. Works great and will give you about 20-30 minutes of cold wherever you put it. I just had knee surgery and purchased two of these. It will mold to your body and big enough to keep the swelling down in the entire area. I also use it on my back and shoulders. Well worth your money!Product Review: Great Product

While away from home I needed an ice pack for my swollen feet. A friend had a Chattanooga Standard Size ice pack that she allowed me to borrow. It was great!
