I also do not do pills, and that's the main reason I'd skip taking a daily vitmain. Liquids and powders also can sometimes be
inonvenient/time-consuming. But just chew one of these every day (or take one along in your purse to take) and you're good! I'm
only in my early 40's and I still take these! YAY for finally making adult chewable vits!
