I, like many others, googled this same phrase when I realized it could only be my new vitamins causing the horrible stomach pains I've been newly experiencing over the last week. I've taken the centrum with/without a full glass of water, with/without food, nothing makes a difference and the only common denominator is the vitamins. Terrible.
