These chewables are easy to take and take pretty decent. It contains 100% of most of your vitamins. If you are wondering, this vitamin does contain iron and also a little vitamin K. If you need to avoid these two ingredients, (some people cant take iron) there are other vitamins available without them, but otherwise, this is a good basic vitamin for most people that is easy to chew (one tablet per day), and its cheap. Although Centrum brand items are very popular all ove the world , in my country, South Korea , hard to get a chewable Centrum vitamin and espeically only Vitamin C stuffs have never been imported.
Chewable one is easy to be absorbed so it has been taken very efficiently for people who have bad functions of stomach or seniors. I think that can be a good item for my parents and friends.

Although Centrum liquid is a possibility, it contains fewer vitamins and minerals - and in smaller quantities. Centrum chewables are pretty good (Melody loves the taste). An alternative would be Flinstones chewables (Dr. Watkins' favorite) or Gummy Vites. Fortunately, gastric band patients don't have the same critical vitamin supplementation needs as gastric bypass patients do. A Synchrony Health recommendation.Product Review: excellent
