I've had to stop taking these pills after a week because whenever I take them I get a terrible stomach ache. This new formula is bad. Search for other reviews of these vitamins before you buy them, it seems that they have been giving a lot of people stomach problems. Don't buy these they are not worth it. Very good source of vitamins and minerals,but in a matter of seconds will give a mean upset stomach like something boiling,and then will start burping that awful taste. I would suggest for you to buy another type of centrum pill.
