I can't really comment on the health value of this since I didn't analyze it in a lab or anything, but from what I read elsewhere it I think it's very healthy.
But this stuff tastes sooooo nasty!! I've never had a "green" health drink before so maybe this is the way it's supposed to taste but I wish I knew this before I bought it. I even tried mixing it into a fruit smoothie to see if that could mask the taste, but it just ruined the whole smoothie. I couldn't stomach it. It made me gag, literally. Again, maybe this is typical for this kind of drink. I just won't be trying them again!
I'm giving it 3 stars for the health value but I'd give it 0 if it was based on taste.
