Product Review: Didn't help my carpal tunnel - better products are out there

This product did me no good as it provides little support and only keeps your wrist from bending forward, not back. I picked up an Ace wrist brace at the supermarket and for the same price, it's a much better value and actually works! My hand feels much better with it on. Recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome, I invested in several items to keep my wrists from suffering further damage. This is the one I use at the computer (on top of the Handeze - a little glove - so I can't remark on comfort except to say it IS comfortable used with the glove). My complaint is - this thing is almost impossible to undo (VERY strong Velcro), especially with hands already affected by pain. I had to somehow wriggle my hand out, then pull apart the Velcro with pliers! I solved the problem by affixing a tab of duct tape on the end of the band, covering all but about 3/4" of the gripper (stiff) part, making a loose end to grab more easily. The manufacturer should add something similar.Product Review: Very good wrist support

This is a great product. It works as described. It really helped my wrist pain from computer use. The good thing is that I can keep using my hand even while wearing it.
