I've been using this diffuser in my car for the past several months and I have to say that it is the best car air freshener I have ever found. I've tried many of the cheap air fresheners you put in your car, but I was never happy with them, especially the smell, which many times was much too strong. Prior to buying the Caromo Aromatherapy Diffuser for my car, I previously used a few years ago a similiar item for the car, but you had to wet these little pads with aromatherapy/essential oils, and it became too much of a pain in the neck having to constantly re-wet them over and over again.
When I saw this particular product advertised, I got excited, as there were no longer any pads to have to moisten over and over again, as you now fill this tiny bottle with whatever oil you desire, and I don't have to refill the bottle until about 1 week has passed (the instructions say you should be able to go 2 weeks on a single bottleful, but I've never gone that long). And the bottles are very easy to fill.
There are 2 things about this product that I don't like; however, they are minor and have not stopped me from using the product:
1) I personally did not care for the odor of the oils provided with this diffuser (it seems like a cross between lavender and some kind of orange -- I myself am not a lavender fan, although I understand many people are, and so you may ver well like the odor from the provided oils (I think you get 3 tiny filled bottles of this oil in this particular kit)).
To resolve the above problem for myself, I simply bought a large bottle of essential oil I enjoy (for me, it's a sweet orange, which is supposed to promote relaxation and positivity, and I find that it does, as driving with the diffuser plugged into my car makes for a more enjoyable driving experience); however, please note that the little bottles that come in this kit are already pre-filled with that oil I don't like the odor of, and so I found it took going through about 2 more refills of this little bottle before the odor I dislike disappeared).
2) I wish the item came in other colors other than white, as it looks kind of strange sticking out of my cigarette lighter in my car (that part of my dashboard is mainly black), and so it would have been nice if they offered this in a black color, but they don't (it only comes in white).
So I hope this review has been helpful to you. Luckily, it's not a very expensive product, although the oils themselves can get somewhat expensive, depending on the size of the bottles and where you buy the oils from.
