Product Review: very good for winter season

this vitamin D, is great as taken once a day specially if it is the only one your taking. It is helpful for those of us who cannot have all the daily requirements. I have notice that this brand has so far a good form of this vitamin, it is easy to swallow, but try to not take it with all your other vitamins at the same time. I did experience a bit of a headache when I did this. Maybe it was me but just a tip to keep in mind.
