I just started taking this 3 days ago and I have to say that I already can tell I have more energy!! I started this because of my high cholesterol and for immunity reasons, so too early to tell about those so far. As for the taste and texture...the lemony flavor is overpowering added to foods or drinks but is tolerable but remember its an oil so it seperates, so CHUG IT! I can get past the taste but the oily texture is something not to be desired, so I now take 2 teaspoonfuls (morning and evening) and chase it with some juice or tea, and its not so bad! I am not going to give up because soo many people are raving about what a great product this is and it helps with so much:
-cholesterol levels
-joint pain
-immunity (to even sinus infections!)
-better eye sight
-better memory
-more energy
-sexual response (who doesn't want that?!)
-sleep better
-reduce the chance of diabetes possibly
-good for bones, stronger
-less allergies
-depression (hello winter clevelanders!)
-softer skin, healthy shiny hair!!!!!
The list could go on but those enough sounds like this may be the fountain of youth!!! In a few months I will comment back about my cholesterol levels and any other thing that I see has improved for me!!! Good luck to you all!!!!!! :)
p.s. It is soooo much cheaper on amazon then anywhere else. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and it was like $10 more then on here, and I checked it out online at the Vitamin shoppe and it was web only deal but with shipping it was still cheaper on amazon!! SO do yourself the favor of having a few bucks in your pocket and order through the Vitamin shoppe via amazon!!! It's the cheapest and I got it in 3 days!!!
