My 4 year old son and I absolutely love this stuff. Whenever I give it to my son, I call it fish. He finds it fun taking it. I truly love it for the health benefits. The taste is good. You can cook with it or drink it. Either way, it's great great stuff! You should consume some type of fish oil, if fish is absent in your diet. This is by far the most purest and safest fish oil, I've found on the market. Highly recommend.
